Course Description:

The PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation eLearning course is aimed at people who work on projects everyday and who benefit from a working-level understanding of structured project management, as presented in PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2). At the end of this course, you will be able to use PRINCE2 to manage a project and to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation examination.

This 24-hour PRINCE2 Foundation eLearning course (based on PRINCE2:2017) presents an online modules that can be taken at your own time and pace. As a Project Manager, you will assist an organization with a complex project and which allows you to apply PRINCE2 concepts immediately after you learn them.

Modular learning blocks present a flexible and meaningful learning experience that helps you to understand how to use PRINCE2 and pass the PRINCE2® Foundation certification exam.

Exam Information

The purpose of the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation examination is to assess whether the participant can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method, as described in the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation syllabus. The exams are delivered through the AXELOS approved Examination Institutes online (PEOPLECERT).

Delivery: Online proctored exam
Format: Closed-book format
Proctoring: Live/Webcam
Duration: 60 minutes (15 minutes extra for candidates who take the exam in a language that is not their native)
# of Questions: 60 multiple-choice questions
Pass Grade: 55% (33 marks or above)

Exam Prerequisites

  • While there are no formal prerequisites, it is recommended that the participants take the exam after the completion of the course.

Specific Proctor Requirements

The PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation exam is proctored through a web proctor.

Exam Location

  • Remote, at any approved location with a Webcam (home/office)

Exam Planning

  • Exams can be taken on the last day of the course or can be taken online at a date and time of the learner’s choice.

Course Delivery Requirements

  • This is an Online course so that the participant can take it from anywhere.
